Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility
Item must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to start a return
Contact us at pawdex.sto@gmail.com and we'll handle it directly. Do not send anything back without contacting us first.

Damaged or wrong items
Inspect your order on arrival. If something is wrong, contact us immediately and we'll make it right.

Exchanges
Return the original item first, then place a new order once the return is accepted.

European Union
EU customers have 14 days to cancel or return for any reason. Same conditions apply.

Refunds
Once your return is reviewed, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
